"Curfew is reset 10PM to 4:30AM," Remulla announced in a Facebook post as he enumerated guidelines in the province under the less stringent MECQ. Cavite belongs to the so-called NCR Plus---which also includes Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan---that was placed under MECQ from April 12 to 30.
