  MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippines will now recognize the national COVID-19 vaccination certificates of Laos and Rwanda. The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease approved the acceptance and recognition of Laos and Rwanda's proof of vaccination "for purposes of arrival quarantine protocols, as well as for inter-zonal/intrazonal movement," acting presidential spokesperson Sec.
