Container ship disabled, drifting in Celtic sea Update towed to Brest

Jul 15 Update: Was taken on tow by ABEILLE BOURBON and towed to Brest, arrived at night Jul 14 and berthed. As of 1300 UTC Jul 15 was still docked.

Container ship DINA TRADER encountered, reportedly, mechanical problem at around 1330 UTC Jul 14 in Celtic sea southwest of Brest, about an hour after leaving Brest, bound for Dunkirk France. Disabled ship started to drift, SAR ship ABEILLE BOURBON was sent to monitor and assist if necessary. As of 1630 UTC DINA TRADER was still disabled, drifting in southern direction, with ABEILLE BOURBON at her side. Not clear if crew will fix problem by own means, or towage will be required.
