Russian and Chinese cargo ships collided in Shanghai waters

Russian cargo ship AMUR collided with Chinese cargo ship XIN LIN HAI 6 at around 1600 UTC Sep 28 while leaving Shanghai in Yangtze estuary, and was brought to anchor near grounding site. Later the ship was ordered to move to inner anchorage in Changxing area. As of 1530 UTC Sep 29, the ship was in the same position. XIN LIN HAI 6, according to AIS, is also at anchor further offshore. No information on damages yet, but according to MRCC Moscow report, there’s no hull breach, no leak.
