Shortlist announced for the International Seafarers’ Welfare Awards 2019

The contenders for the 2019 International Seafarers’ Welfare Awards have been announced ahead of this year’s awards ceremony during London International Shipping Week.

In February this year, the International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN) invited seafarers to nominate the companies, organisations and individuals in the maritime industry who provide them with the best welfare services and facilities. Nominees from around the world submitted their entries to ISWAN in order to be in with a chance of winning one of the prestigious awards, and these were reviewed by a panel of expert advisors. The following outstanding entries were chosen to form this year’s shortlist:
