Maritime Bulletin received screenshots of a letter which was sent by management company to a crew of a cargo ship, understood all crew are of Indian nationality. This astounding document throws some light on crew change procedure nightmares, and incurred expenses. Bear in mind, that the change of Indian crew is taking place in their native country, in India. What extra time, procedures and costs will it take, if crew is multinational? Is multinational crew change possible at all, presently?
Now, recall IMO much touted 12-step crew relief plan and compare it with bloody reality. Go check real figures and statistics of this so-called “deadly pandemic”, and ask yourself, what’s all about. Who is crashing us and economy and our lives, and why? Are we under some hostile aliens attack, or what? Or how else to explain it?
