Crew change sham exposed

Singapore and next to join, Hong Kong, are already hailed for their crew change policy, allowing crew changes on board of the ships calling these ports. The whole procedure, judging from first crew change event which occurred recently in Singapore, seems to be highly complicated and humiliating for seamen. See http://www.maritimebulletin.net/2020/06/10/crew-change-under-new-protoco...
But final procedures in Singapore are just the top of the iceberg. The beginning of crew-change operation (resembling preparations for a space flight, to Moon or to Mars), the starting stages to be carried out in countries of crew departure, are, in practice, full of fraud and fake and falsifications, for just one but very sound reason – Guidelines requirements can’t be met, both practically and theoretically. 14-days self-isolation is a fake – show me anyone who’d obligingly lock himself at home for 14 days, before boarding a ship, where he’ll be in a practical lockdown for months. Such a person, be he found, should be recognized as mentally ill and unfit for a job at sea. All the required medical certificates and especially, their timing, can’t be obtained in real life, so there’s only one way to obtain them – to pay to already existing and thriving service providers, and get a set of all required certificates. There are several reasons, why all the tests and certificates can’t be carried out and obtained, in accordance with Guidelines, among them lack of tests fitting into required timeline (total lack, absolute lack); big time laps between actual time of departure for Singapore/HK, and time of leaving home – the trip between homeland and country of final departure may take days, and quite often (Eastern Europe), such a trip is barely legal, people having to use gray-zone ways and transportation. I’ve got a price-list for all the required “medical” documents with pre-calculated dating and timing, filled in well in advance, or left vacant to be filled in later. Price tag is quite impressive.
The whole scheme is a sham, in its’ factual essence. No wonder. If global “pandemic” is a hoax, why all the “preventive procedures” should be anything else? Here’s the most important question, to my understanding of the situation: when countries start to open up for foreigners and foreign flights, will the SGCCWG Guidelines and IMO 12-step Protocols remain in force, being applicable to seamen only?
Migrants have nothing to worry about, and nothing to fear, no papers, certificates or tests are required. BLM thugs, looters, troublemakers and idiots, also have nothing to worry about, nobody is going to apply to them Guidelines or Protocols or whatever. They’re free to roam around, destroying the civilization. And only seamen and others, those who work, who produce, who cultivate and create, feeding all world’s scum, have to obey the rules of the hoax “threats” and “pandemics”.
Here’s the list of all those, who participated in Guidelines and Protocols development, for all seamen’ knowledge, so that they will remember, whom to thank for the above:
The Maritime & Port Authority (MPA), The Singapore Shipping Association (SSA) and The Singapore Maritime Officers’ Union (SMOU), in cooperation with the International Maritime Employers’ Council Ltd (IMEC) and The World Shipping Council (WSC) have formed the Singapore Crew Change Working Group (SGCCWG) to facilitate crew changes in Singapore.
The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has circulated a 12-step ‘road map’ to facilitate crew changeovers.
Protocols proposed in the roadmap clearly set out the responsibility of governments, shipowners, transport providers, and seafarers.
Protocols were jointly developed by the global associations; ICS, the International Transport Workers’ Federation, BIMCO, the International Association of Ports and Harbors, INTERCARGO, INTERFERRY, InterManager, INTERTANKO, and others, with input from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), International Labour Organisation, and World Health Organisation, along with ICS national shipowner associations and ITF-affiliated seafarers’ unions.
Russian language is famous for its’ swears abundance. One of the most smearing swears in Russian language: “pidor” (plural – pidory).
