General cargo shi[ WILSON PARNU suffered engine failure early in the morning Nov 22, and drifted dangerously close to Sotra island coast, west of Bergen, in rough weather conditions. Salvage operation was launched deploying SAR and fishing vessels, but understood, WILSON PARNU managed to prevent further drift by dropping anchor or anchors, and later, restarting engine.
