General cargo ship ROYAL 09 , anchored about a cable downstream from Dong Nai Bridge, Dong Nai River, northeast Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, in coming high tide dragged her anchor and drifted upstream, hitting the bridge at around 1620 ICT (UTC +7) Apr 15. The ship’s stern was stuck in bridge, all bridge traffic was suspended. In about an hour 3 tugs pulled the ship out, and brought her to anchor. Nobody was injured, bridge sustained slight damages, traffic has been resumed.
