Container ship is under detention or arrest in South American country since September 2021. The ship lost overboard in country’s waters a number of containers, and was imposed a hefty fine to cover the costs and damages inflicted by lost containers, of which a dozen were found and understood, recovered, the rest sank. Neighbouring country Gov meanwhile, is asked by local business to intervene and assist in releasing the ship, because of containers on board, loaded with goods, very important for local traders and producers, so country is facing negative consequences of further delay.
