One more Hapag-Lloyd’s very large container ship ran into trouble while maneuvering in harbor, this time it was FRANKFURT EXPRESS, which suffered engine failure while leaving Damietta, Egypt, on May 12, after completing cargo operations. The giant ship was disabled and blocked harbor’s traffic. She was towed from harbor by port tugs, fixed the problem and resumed her voyage, bound for Barcelona Spain.
