The DMW greeted the OFWs at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
''With their arrival, all 25 Filipino crew members of the ill-fated Kmax Ruler, which was damaged in a Russian missile attack at the Ukrainian port of Pivdennyi in the Black Sea, are back in the country,'' DMW said in a statement.
The first batch of repatriates arrived on November 25, followed by a group of 14 OFWs on December 2.
A Reuters report said the Russian missile hit the Liberia-flagged vessel while entering a Black Sea port in the Odesa region on November 8. It was supposed to transport iron ore to China, according to Ukraine Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov.
One person was killed, and four Filipino seafarers were injured.
The four injured OFWs were immediately reported to have been safe and stable following the attack. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
