Pag-IBIG recognized the unwavering commitment of MMC in promoting savings program benefits and affordable home financing for Filipino workers.
Magsaysay envisions their seafarers invest in a house of their own while they are working onboard and after a successful career at sea, encouraging seafarers to save hard-earned money to build their dream homes.
MMC president Arnold Javier, Cruise Group Head Nori Leonidas, and OIC for Marine Group Capt. Ernel Lanuzga personally received the Plaque of Recognition. Javier expressed his gratitude on the unwavering support and dedication of Magsaysay community members.
“Building a home for their families is a dream of every Filipino. We explore opportunities on different parts of the world and are willing to sacrifice being apart from our family and loved ones to achieve this dream. We are one with PAG-IBIG in making this dream into reality,” Arnold Javier, MMC president said.
“Their efforts are constantly cascaded to our community for awareness and crew and their families information. We will continue to impart the importance of savings to have a house of their own, to send their children to decent schools, and have a comfortable retirement.
