Global union leaders converge to condemn ICTSI

Global unions have once again condemned multinational port operator International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), for continuing to lower the standards in the global port industry.
ReCAAP ISC reported that a total 14 incidents, including nine actual incidents and five attempted incidents, were reported in Asia during January-March 2018 compared to 27 incidents that were reported during the same period in 2017.

Fuel leaking from a cargo ship that struck a pier on the Mississippi River on Thursday (April 12) has not contaminated New Orleans' drinking water supply, according to the Sewerage & Water Board.
