A SEAMAN died after he was shot while attending a dance in Sitio Villa San Pedro, Barangay Tulay in the southern town of Minglanilla, Cebu, on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

The victim was identified as 25-year-old Newlbert Ontua Cadavid, a native of San Francisco town, Agusan del Sur.
