The Bureau of Immigration (BI) barred a transiting passenger from leaving the country for carrying a fake Canadian visa.

Amevi Gbansouvi, 31, a Togolese national, was apprehended at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 2 on Tuesday for presenting a fake Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to enter Canada.
