BOC seizes large boat ‘illegally discharged’ from cargo ship

MANILA – The Bureau of Customs (BOC) on Monday reported the seizure of a vessel that was discharged from a carrying vessel that arrived at the Port of Manila (POM) from the Port of Iloilo.
