Marina waives fine for expired SIRB, SID, SRB

The Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) on Wednesday announced that seafarers with expired Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book (SIRB), Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID) and Seafarers Record Book (SRB) will not be fined.
