COLOMBO, May 25 (Xinhua) -- Sri Lankan authorities on Tuesday rescued 25 crew members onboard a foreign ship which was engulfed in flames off the Colombo Harbor, while the Navy said an explosion had been heard within the vessel earlier in the morning.
