ILOILO City – Facing a string of charges, a seafarer was arrested yesterday in Barangay Alegre, Oton, Iloilo.

Joebel Bustamante, 48, of Barangay Botong was charged with falsification of public documents, concubinage and adultery, a police report showed.

He was taken to the Oton police station around 9 a.m.
