HINDI natin maikakaila na Pilipinas ang numero uno sa buong mundo pagdating sa pagpapadala ng mga seaman o mga papasok sa maritime industry. Sa isang tala nga ng Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), aabot sa halos 460,000 na Pilipinong seaman ang naka-deploy sa iba’t ibang bansa.

Dahil dito, pwede nang ituring na nating capital of the world ang Pilipinas.

The incident

A vessel was conducting a joint offshore oil spill response exercise involving third parties. During the exercise, the client instructed the Master to use the Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) of the vessel as a towing boat for repositioning the oil booms deployed.
