MARINA resolves 100% of 8888 hotline complaints

MANILA –The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) resolved all complaints and concerns raised by the public through the 8888 hotline, assuring quick responses to issues that may arise.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, MARINA said all 52 complaint tickets raised by 8888 were "acted upon" as of March 31.

MANILA – Pursuant to the order given by Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Art Tugade to establish more crew change hubs across the country, three more centers became operational in the ports of Zamboanga, Iloilo and in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

The new crew change hubs were activated on March 14, March 21 and April 8, 2022, respectively.
