AMSTERDAM/ASUNCION, Feb 24 (Reuters) – Customs authorities in Germany and Belgium have seized a record haul of more than 23 tonnes of cocaine destined for the Netherlands in two raids this month, Dutch prosecutors said on Wednesday.
