The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) repatriated on Thursday and Friday three more batches of Filipino seamen and cruise ship crew totaling 450 from Spain, the Caribbean and Miami in the United States.

The incident took place March 30, 2020 in international waters off the island of La Tortuga.

Both sides are now blaming each other for the accident.
